Will Storr Vs The Supernatural R.I.P. Challenge Book Review

Will Storr vs. The Supernatural
One mans search for the truth about ghosts.
By: Will Storr
R.I.P. Challenge book #4

Will Storr has done some seriously bizarre and otherworldly things over the course of his career as a journalist. But even spending an entire day with Ozzy Osbourne wasn't as frightening as when he agreed to follow Philadelphia "demonologist" Lou Gentile on his appointed rounds. Will Storr never believed in ghosts—but his healthy skepticism couldn't explain the strange lights and sounds he witnessed, and the weird behavior of the occupants of several allegedly haunted houses.
What resulted is a confirmed cynic's (and proud of it!) dedicated search for answers in a shadowy world of séances, mediums, devil worshippers—even the Vatican's chief exorcist. So get ready to confront the genuinely creepy along with the hilariously ridiculous in Will Storr vs. the Supernatural!

By day I work a normal job. By night (actually weekends) I am a Paranormal Investigator for Ghost Vigil Investigations located here in Kansas City, Missouri. Naturally this book appealed to me on many levels. This is a must read for anyone who is interested in the paranormal. Not only will the curious observer of the paranormal be drawn into Will’s quest for answers but the seasoned paranormal professional will find it enlightening, fascinating and often times nodding their head in either agreement or disagreement. There are parts in the story I can completely relate to. I found myself a few times thinking to myself YEP, that is so true. There people from all walks of life in the paranormal community. This goes for each end of the stick. You will find movers and shakers, people who’s specialty are for seeing and banishing demons, cleansers and witch doctors. You will also find that clients who’s homes are reportedly haunted are sometimes in their own little world as well.

Will travels around the world visiting people you would never dream to encounter in everyday life, trying to get to the bottom of his own belief system. Along the way you will find the book makes you a little scared, insightful and a lot of times laughing at silly things being said or done. This is definitely a book I would recommend to anyone and will be adding to my library. A friend of mine lent it to me and told me a had to read it.
If you decide to pick this book up I would love to hear your review as well. Stop by, let me know what you think!
