Random bits of nothing for 2008

Once again I am going to try and launch this, I have so many dedicated readers that its just pitiful!

Lets see the weight update. I have lost 7 pounds in the last month. I feel great. I have been working out but I HATE the treadmill. It extremely boring if I must say. Nothing like walking nowhere. I would much prefer to walk outside where the air is fresh and the scenery changing.
I will continue as long as I can on the path of feeling good and being healthy.

I have a a very packed year ahead of me so I am pretty excited of the events to come this first half of the year. I will be presenting paranormal workshops for the first time in my life. The first time I will be presenting is at the Heartland Pagan Festival at Camp Gaea on memorial weekend. This festival is put on by the Heartland Spiritual Alliance of Kansas City Missouri. It is a nationwide pagan festival. I attended last year and the most wonderful experience. I realized the first day that it was one of the very rare occasions where the entire day was nothing but positive energy and uplifting experiences with not a one negative interaction. How many times a year does one human experience an entire day with not one negative influence? I would guestimate it is probably 1 day a year.

In may I will also be going to New Orleans. I am sofa king excited (thnxs for the word Jewlz if u ever read this). I have not gone many places in my life and this is one that I have longed to visit with is rich history of many many areas.

I will also be be speaking again on the paranormal in September for a festival called Gaea Goddess Gathering. This is an all womens retreat and should be filled with lots of fun and spiritually empowering things.

In July Ghost Vigil will be taking their 2nd annual out of town ghost hunting trip. The location is yet to be disclosed so please stand by for more information.

OK well thanks for listening fans!

Wieghtful Transgression

I recently started back up in weight watchers. I have done weight watchers since my early 20's. My most achieved weigth loss is 50 pounds total which was in my mid twenties. I am now in my early thrities and have put more than half of that weigth back on. I have been on WW for three weeks exactly today and have no had much luck really. During the last 2 weigh ins I lost less than 2 pounds though I am dissappointed I am not discouraged. This week I have joined a gym and worked out three times. The last time I worked out on Monday I played racquetball. Now today, 2 days later, I still feel like a bus has run over me, turned around and came back for more. UGH!

I have goals and objectives so that is a good motivator. My goal is to be able to run in the Trolly Run in April 2008. its is 4 miles and will be my first run ever. I will report back on my achievements later tonight.
